The Douglas Morrisson Theatre is a beautiful 250-seat theatre built in 1978 and located right on the border of Hayward and Castro Valley, at the corner of North Third and Crescent Streets. The Theatre is owned and operated by the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District (H.A.R.D.). The Douglas Morrisson Theatre is committed to producing entertaining, enlightening, and exciting live theatre, exploring a wide variety of theatrical literature.

We have an extensive collection of props, furniture, costumes, set dressing, and other items for rent, and have been providing these to other Bay Area theatres for many years.
